Welcome to ELLAIA.

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of ellaia.dk and the purchase of products from our website.

By accessing our website and placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please also refer to our Privacy Policy and Refund & Returns Policy, which provide additional information about the processing of personal data and our returns procedure.

3. Products

We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images and prices are accurate.

As our products are natural agricultural products, slight variations in colour, taste and appearance may occur between harvests.

Product images are provided for illustrative purposes only.

4. Prices

All prices are displayed in Danish Kroner (DKK).

Prices include Danish VAT where applicable.

Shipping costs are displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Any price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

5. Orders

An order is considered accepted once payment has been successfully authorised and you receive an order confirmation by email.

If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we will contact you as soon as possible and offer either:

A full refund; or
Delivery at a later agreed date, subject to your acceptance.

6. Payment

Payments are processed securely through trusted payment providers.

Available payment methods include:

MobilePay

ELLAIA does not store your complete payment card information.

7. Shipping & Delivery

We currently deliver within Denmark.

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.

Estimated delivery time is 2–3 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control or delays caused by the shipping carrier.

Shipping costs are displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@ellaia.dk. We will work with the shipping provider to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address provided during checkout is accurate. ELLAIA cannot be held responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.

8. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, in accordance with applicable Danish consumer legislation.

9. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at info@ellaia.dk.

10. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

11. Complaints

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at info@ellaia.dk.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue and, where relevant, photographs of the product or packaging. We will assess your complaint and provide an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable Danish consumer legislation.

All content on this website, including text, photographs, graphics, logos, product descriptions and branding, is the property of ELLAIA unless otherwise stated.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed or otherwise used without the prior written permission of ELLAIA.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Denmark.

If a dispute cannot be resolved directly between the customer and ELLAIA, the customer may submit a complaint through the relevant Danish consumer complaint system.
