2. How to Return a Product
Before returning a product, please contact us at info@ellaia.dk.
Please include your order number and the reason for your request. We will provide you with the appropriate return instructions.
3. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, products must:
- be unopened and unused;
- be returned in their original packaging; and
- be returned in a condition suitable for resale.
Unless the return is due to a damaged, defective or incorrect product, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at info@ellaia.dk.
Please include your order number and, where relevant, photographs of the product or packaging. We will investigate the issue and provide an appropriate solution.
5. Refunds
Once the returned product has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
Depending on your payment provider, it may take several business days before the refunded amount appears in your account.
